Edit Button Problem

In the linked thread above, i made a post regarding how a formal declaration of war has not occured since WWII, mentioning that all conflicts since WWII (Korea, Nam, Persian Gulf, ect.) were techincally "Military Engagements." However, shortly after posting, the "edit" button disapeared on that post and that post alone. Why would this occur for the first time ever?

You might be logged in as looselipssinkships instead of LooseLipsSinkShips (Caps). Log out, and when you log back in again, make sure you got the caps right. This apparently causes the edit button to disappear for recent posts...

We are aware of the issue.
