I'm eternally curious about other people's tastes in music. Personally, I'm eclectic, perhaps bordering on the corny. My CD and Cassette
collection (yes, I still listen to cassettes!) is heavily weighted toward the 80's.
But I use music, as I'm sure others do, to invoke moods, and using specific moods when I'm on certain tasks. For instance, I'm about to reveal a
few of my favorite songs that I typically am playing in the background while reading and perusing ATS. If I were ever to create an ATS Soundtrack,
these would be in it:
"Equinox" Jean Michele Jarre
"Encounters" Michael Stearns
"Twilight Zone" Gold Earring
"Live to Tell" Madonna
"Touch the Fire" Icehouse
"Crazy" Icehouse
"See the Lights" Simple Minds
"Ask the Lonely," "Girl Can't Help it," "Be Good to Yourself," "Only the Young," -- Journey
"Streets Have No Name," "Until the End of the World," "City of Blinding Lights" U2
"Don't Dream it's Over" Crowded House
"Fix You" Cold Play
"Midnight Blue" Lou Reed
These are just a few of my more common soundtrack songs for ATS.
What's yours?
