Tarot cards: A window of genuine divination ?

I personally feel that the Tarot is more of a medium to encode the mysteries. They tell a rich and ancient story. It seems most of the ultimate patterns of truth are represented therein.

Like any symbolic representation you can get in sync with them and potentially access insight by interpeting the message behind the symbols on the chosen card intuitively, or otherwise.

They are cards, they can hold no special power in and of themselves so it must be that which is invoked within the one reading it.
