New sighting, need help posting video

Hey I don't know how to post this video my friend gave me, it is on a dvd and i cannot even make it a file on my comp let alone post it. I try to go into the explorer and pull or save the file but i can't. He saw it on July 4th and I've never seen anything like it and it is nota firework. I want to show you all to get some sort of clue.

I use Handbrake on the Mac, it works great for ripping DVDs. There is also a Linux version, and probably Windows as well.

If you can make a copy of the DVD, then I'm sure you'll find plenty of volunteers here on ATS to rip it for you. Once you have it ripped, getting it uploaded to YouTube isn't hard - just follow the instructions.
