The gun battle at Islamabad's Lal Masjid is drawing to a close after Pakistani forces stormed the pro-Taliban mosque to flush out the militants, killing up to 50 of them and injuring many others.
After a bloody battle lasting more than 12 hours, the deputy administrator of the mosque, Abdul Rashid Ghazi, has been killed after putting up tough
resistance using women and children as human shields.
This is the result of the lopsided policies of the Pakistani government which has molly coddled the terrorists for the past 15 years to further their agenda. A typical case of running with the hare and hunting with the hounds.
