Actually 20/10 is
better than 20/20. If you were nearsighted, it would be 20/50, something like that.
20/20 means at 20 feet you can see what a person with normal eyesight can see from 20 feet.
20/10 means that you can see from 20 feet what a normally sighted person can see from 10 feet. Etc.
Anyway, assuming you are in fact slightly nearsighted, there are exercises you can do for your eyes that can improve your eyesight. I've known some
people who have significantly improved their perscription by doing these. May not work for you, but it
can work.
There's a lot of source material out there about eyesight improvement via exercise, and
here's
one just to give you an idea.
