WWE star benoit found dead with family!

Sad news indeed, As this man was one of the Best,

He was found dead with his wife nancy *former wcw star *Women**
and there 7 year old son,

And investergation is ongoing in to the deaths,

Man,i just heard the news and i am truly shocked.After the Mcmahon hoax i doubted this at first,but it seems this is for real.Its a sad day in the world of sports entertainment and for those who followed it.

I really dont want to jump the gun here but this has all the initial signs of a murder suicide. Im hopin like hell it aint cause i loved watchin him wrestle, but if he's taken the life of his wife and young son.......thats just so wrong. Is there any more news on what has happened?

Benoit was scheduled to wrestle at the Vengeance pay-per-view Sunday night in Houston, but was replaced at the last minute because of what announcer Jim Ross called "personal reasons."

I heard he called saying him and his family where ill and where coughing up blood, and said he was not sure he would make it to the stadium,


Also Mcmann has canceled his story line due to this event,

Guarantee, if any of my family was coughing up blood i sure as hell wouldnt be going to work, id be at the hospital. Sounds odd.

God i hope you are wrong Mojo,but that entered my mind also.Something happened yesterday that made him cancel his match.Then today they found them.hmmmmm.....I never really followed Chris,but its still sad.

This is truely a tragedy no matter what happened. Benoit was on of my favorite wrestlers. Two great wrestlers in two years. They weren't related, but it is still a shock to all wrestling fans.

Thats some bull you know what if this man killed his son i mean im not saying its ok to kill your wife but to kill your children is just the worse thing you can do.

Well from the looks of it now there investigating a murder/suicide,


they believe he may have killed his wife and son, This is tragic news..and seems terrilbly odd for a man who seemed to have the world at his feet,

Even with pressure you think that he could have jacked it all in and lived well of the money,

Also another WWE hall of famer died only last week, Sheri,

Benoit's death came just 10 days after WWE Hall of Famer "Sensational" Sherri Martel, 49, was found dead in her mother's home in Alabama. There was no foul play suspected in that case.

That's absolutely and truly shocking! Chris was a great wrestler and I loved to watch him take the opposition apart. Heck! I still can't believe it. I hope it's a conspiracy which ends with Chris walking into the ring soon with all guns blazing!

But I think I'll need to face the reality that Chris is no more. May his soul rest in peace....

May the souls of his wife and young child rest in peace, i hope his soul is at least tormented for a while for taking their lives if that turns out to be the case. Personally i have no sadness at his passing if he in fact took two lives with him. Sad but true, i was a fan.

Maybe there is something to the idea of "fooling death", although the saying was not intended for how Professional Wrestling icon Vince McMahon is doing it. Following an elaborate "hoax" where McMahon allegedly faked his own death comes word that Professional Wrestler Chris Benoit has passed away.

For me this is a good example, of drawing energy to death, and taking the piss. Wrestling generally brings alot of energy and focus with it, and the fact they pretended the death of someone in such a high profile game, just backfired. It brought energy of death to the focus, and it may of triggered benoit or his wife, to commit murder.

Does anyone else understand what i am saying here. I just wonder how Vince feels now, and his writers.

If the bodies were found in 3 different rooms, it's going to be pretty clear who did the killing...

They aired it and condelence messages before the verdict of double homicide and suicide was reached so nobody really knew they've pulled all the stuff from the website and interviews etc. down now. It's harsh the dude was amazing but he'll always be remembered for this and not his achievements which is sad really. You just don't know what go through people's head's he was like to become the world champion this week it's crazy

I would just like to point out that just because it reports double murder/suicide. Don't assume Benoit killed his wife and son.

The way the story looks to me by hearing about the text messages and what not. His wife could have killed the son and benoit killed the wife and himself.

He left an event because of receiving messages about an emergency at home.

We will have to wait and see.

-He said it is being reported he suffocated his wife and son, perhaps a day apart. And then hung himself. Late Sunday night, he sent a strange text message to a person within the WWE. The police broke into the house at 2:30 pm today and found them in separate rooms.

-Vince called all the wrestlers backstage this afternoon for an emergency meeting. Wrestler were already bawling and crying. A longtime WWE wrestler said it was the most emotional state he's ever seen the wrestlers.

-There was a really uneasy feeling Sunday. Everybody felt something was wrong.

-One wrestler said "It was bound to happen". There was a strong suspicion backstage that Benoit did this right away. There was also a suspicion that Nancy had done it. They had a volatile relationship and everyone knew it.

-Hardly anybody backstage really knew Benoit. He had a very small inner circle that one time included Eddy Guerrero and recently included Chavo Guerrero. But even they had a certain psychological distance from Benoit. Everyone could tell that something wasn't right lately with Benoit.

-He said that he was a very nice and pleasant person to be around, but a person close to Benoit said that Chris had "snap potential".

-A lot of steroids were found in the Benoit household, and Benoit has had bouts with "roid rages". WWE may suffer publicly because of their unenforced "Wellness Policy".

Wish my gut instinct had been wrong. You can almost understand adults knocking each other off, almost, but for a young child to have their life taken by a parent is almost beyond imagining for me.
But i have seen steroid abuse and rages first hand many years ago and it is a bloody scary thing, they really do lose it completely, but there can be no excuse for the loss of life of a young child. Very Sad.

I heard about this yesterday that he had died, but i didnt think that he wouldve done this, but i could also believe it since him bein the strongest of the family i wouldnt think the wife wouldve been able to kill the son and chris. But the only good thing to come out of this was seeing that vince was still alive, and now that stupid storyline is over but still itll be so strange without him now

You know i was gonna post earlier about how i was wondering if roids played a role ,but i didn't wanna be disrespectful.Very sad the kid had to be around when this happened.
