Looks to me like its on a string or fishing line. Its characteristics in flight are that of a object suspended from a line, meaning its flight path is swinging and it spins.

Thats a sad attempt at antigravity humor, they didnt even attempt to hide the string heh. Here on the other hand is true antigravity and a much better video!
