Time travel, and teleportation

I have concluded that Time travel Exists and if you wear a wristwatch you have a time machine. The only way to travel through time is forward, there are two methods of forward travel. Regular, what's happening right now. And superquick, In order to travel super quick you must find a Space shuttle capable of Hyperspeed and a black hole. You allow the blackhole to begin pulling you towards it and in the midsts of being crushed activate the hyper speed allowing you to escape. The pull of the black hole will of somehow created a vacuum in time and if you escaped it you will have leaped forward through time at a speed higher than normal. Seeings as this theory is next to impossible we must stick to traveling 1 second at a time.

Now, Teleportation. There are 2 methods, first is a wormhole theory, second a stargate theory. Both exist, but neither are available to the public.
