Secret base in Alaska

I was looking for google maps and I saw this... I'm new to the site and figured some of you guys could tell me what the hell this place is.

Lat 36°46'47.64"N
Long 115°26'35.56"W

Seems to be attached to Creech AFB and its also about 50 kilometers away from A51. If you go south toward the jail, you can see a helipad surrounded by some type of compound.

Come to find out its Gotham City.. Test site.

I have a feeling thats a prison .

It just looks like an area that hasn't been mapped recently. Its shaped like the path of a satellite.
