How/what do you feel when you Astral Project?

i remember the first time i astral projected, i woke to find that i was sitting up in bed...1 min later i realized i was astral projecting and started to have fun.


The feeling i had was unexplainable. threw my whole body i felt absolute weighlessness and freedom to do anything. when i touched my own arm i was suprised that i felt nothingi did not feel my arm on my hand and my hand on my arm...that was a little weird for me.


What do you all feel when you astral project?
