TERRORISM: Disaster plans to be unveiled.

The new disaster/terror plans unvailed by the British government in June 2003 have come under attack by the committee of MP's setup to look at the laws in more detail.

Among the concerns was the total susspention of any humans right by the police should there be a natural disaster or terrorist attack. The draft plans also included giving the government powers to rush new laws through without going throught the normal channels.
