New Pterosaur video or Bird Of Prey

Ok - I kow this looks like a UFO video compilation - but if you skip to the middle of the video, you will see video of what *seems* to look like a mexican Pterosaur-type creature. Or is it? I don't speak spanish - but it's pretty interesting.

Looks like a condor. I do not know, but even here where we live I see herons that lok as big as this. Shoot we hit a turkey that had a wingsapn wider that the road we were traveling on. Who knows but it looks natural to me.

...Plus the name of the video is "horse balloon" . At first I figured it was a hawk. Nope. Flying inflatable rubber horse. Only in Mexico.
