...then what kind of governement and economic system would be put in place to replace the current regime? What would be the alternative way? Who'd enforce that too and how?

What system was better than the one we've got? No other system has thrived and kept the people "content" & advanced so much technologically. The difference would only have to be education. None of this 30min a day in civics class. Kids don't understand the importance of politics and "world events." Everything has been so easy thus far. We're a generation of spoiled capitalist babies who don't understand what a free market even means.

The Constitution is good, along with the basic structure of government. But it has become corrupt over time, e.g. a lobby of banks spent over $140 million getting a bill passed that redefines bankruptcy law in their favor. Corporatism and aristocracy seem to be the source of corruption. We need to reformat the government.

I'm an anarchist atheist. You guys wouldnt wanna hear my alternative way. But it goes a lil like this: create a more freer minded society by banding public religious practices along with books like the bible and the quran (this is lesser government here at work)...abolish the U.S. (making it the former U.S.) for North America to stand on its own with more liberty...abolish capitalism for every working adult to get paid equally (call it equalism) off of North America's total in profits...

The rest of this reads off for what to do for liberty sakes to be free from current laws because the law is evil for trapping ppl in a jail outside of jail (remember: you dont have to be in jail to be doing time):

eliminate the function of all court buildings and state officials and the state called D.C. itself for liberty sakes (this creates the former U.S.)...
carry out justice by one's own means to be free from foes for liberty sakes (this is because justice should be in the hands of the citizen(s) violated)...
erase any dirt put to ones name such as bad records in the past by any means best for liberty sakes....
brandish concealed weapons for power over bi*ches and for self protection for liberty sakes...

^^^Anyhow, that sums up the better alternative way. It's how things should be for liberty sakes.

I became attracted to anarchy early this year. My only reason is because I grew a mind of my own lets say.

By the way, every adult in North America would valuntarily cooperate in owning everything in North America under what I call equilism. A tax would take all and leave all with a check in the mail or bank account based off of all profits made in North America. You'd have to valunteer to work though as an adult for this equilism. Equilism would beat capitalism hands down. The more ppl make the more everyone would make money wise.

Who'd enforce this thing? For the equilism? We the ppl that are anarchist with the aid of technology (such as computer systems).

My version of anarchy isnt no government, it's lesser government, but not the current gov at none. And the lesser would be of an anarchism/atheism kind. There would be a council (called the Council of Liberty) of them (anarchist atheists) to lead the then North America into more liberty than ever before. There'll be a Department of Equilism to take care of the calulations and etc for the valunteering workers.

Interesting concept.

One question though... who would decide who gets what jobs?

If we get to choose for ourselves why would anyone ever pick a hard or dangerous job?

If the Department of Equalism chooses... well that sucks! I don't want to be assigned to a job that might be too hard for me.

It takes a lot of knowledge to formulate an alternative type of society. The problem with anarchy is that it cannot exist in a population over about 50, people begin to cooperate and form groups that impose their will over the others. Until there is some type of system that educates every individual to a high degree, that instills respect and altruism, government will be a necessity.

The system that we have now called 'capitalism' is a fraud, it favors corporations over individuals. Bertrand Russell and George Orwell (among others) have interesting theories on how and why the system functions as it does today. It involves the stabilizations of the hierarchy and the use of war as a means to destroy surplus.

I believe what it comes down to is that the old explanation that our economics teachers told us (scarcity of resources), no longer applies to a highly advanced industrial society. Humanity has the ability to create a system that allows all people to live at a high standard. The problem is that this idea is rejected by those in power and the uninformed majority. We are kept in a childish mentality that oozes with self interest. Indignation is the common response to the idea that all people should be wealthy, because 'some people do not work as hard as others'. The belief is common that is someone is poor, it's because they don't try hard enough. This is the grandest lie of them all.
