As you ccan see, my mini profile(where my name is located) keeps repeating itself.

How do I stop this?

You can't stop it. Not that I'm aware of anyway. It's supposed to repeat like that so it will continue to cover the mini profile space regardless of how long your post is. Think of it like using Tiles.

When choosing an image as a background for your mini-profile, please keep in mind that as mOjOm has stated the images will tile to fit the height and width.

The width is set however the height will change depending on the length of your post.
