Sure. In Islam, Jesus is considered one of the prophets. And Muslims aren't Christians.
Some people believe he was just a guy with some really good ideas. No god necessary, and no reason to wear his name like it's some kind of exclusive
(and often arrogant) club.
Of course one can subscribe to the teachings of Christ and yet in one's actions and the hypocrisy of ones actions or poor judgment fail to reflect
the meaning of the teachings. Being too proud of one's beliefs can actually lead to uncharitable action towards others and especially
non-Christians.
