Turning saltwater into fuel using radio waves

Just found this very interesting technique of turning water into fuel
using radio waves.

John Kanzius discovered this effect while he tried to build a machine
to kill cancer with radio waves.

This sound very amazing! Is it real??? Does anybody here know something about it? This could be the breaktrough for generating clean fuel and it looks
like it is more efficient than a conventional electrolysis.
