Seeing that detecting Gas giants is becoming easier, I believe it won't be too long before we can start picking earth like planets to one day inhabit / branch out too..

Not for some time though, but it is a start.

yea not hard to believe when you take in consideration how big space its

some, like myself, think space is infinite.

if space is infinite then there are infinite amounts of solary systems like ours and an infinite amount of planets like ours

its not a hard concept to grasp really

i think intelligent life in the universe does exist

Now whether or not they have visited us is a different story

My only concern is our fixation (though justified) on planets like ours that may harbor life as we know it.

Though I guess its a fair point to look out for things we understand and conditions we can relate to.

If there are beings capable of space travel, its fair to assume they could hide amongst the clouds of gas giants.

The possibilities are truly endless.
