This is one of those cases where one line is enough to answer, more precisely, two words, but as one-liners are not welcomed on ATS I answered in this way.

Lens flare.

That may be right, and in my bok is, but i do have one thing to add, look at the flag that the guy is posting up, what is that! Looks like he is hanging up a bathroom towle to dry, realy odd, i thought we pus a USA flag up there, not a bath towel

That isn't a flag. It's a solar wind experiment. www.lpi.usra.edu...

And ArMaP is correct, those are lens flares.
