Alien Interview at Area 51 - Is Victor retired USAF sargent Mr Robert Dean

I'm a long time reader 1st time poster. I haven't come across this vid on ATS yet and wondered your opinions. We remember the alien interview vid and "Victor"

So is retired USAF sargent Robert Dean really Victor? He appears on the vid itself and talks about how powerful the footage is etc.... If you havn't seen the full vid you can find it on google video. I wont link to it because its copywrited.

If this has been discussed before I'm sorry like i said i've searched and found nothing on ATS.
