In my youth I took an anomalous photo... it's not what appears to be defined as 'paranormal', however... two people in the photo turned up in the wrong places... odd!

Anyway, please let me know where I should write about this.

Skunk Works

From what you've said, I think Paranormal Studies is where you want to go with this one though.
