Why is the letter E the suppresant of US development and strength

Not countries, continents:

N. America
S. America
Asia
Australia
Antartica
Africa
Europe

The odd one out of the seven continents would be the double E of Europe. However, not all parts of the would teach seven continents and combine Eurasia into one and Oceania as another continent.

Lack of comment or explaination from the OP indicates to me it might have just been a "thinking out loud" thought.

You may want to look up, and Experiment with(especially in Meditation), the Kabbalistic or Numerological values found in the table that is in Manly P. Hall's "Secret Teachings of All Ages", Thomas Taylor's "Theoretic Arithmetic of the Pythagoreans"(make sure that it is the Weiser edition which includes an important introduction by Manly P. Hall), and Godfrey Higgins' "Celtic Druids" and "Anacalypsis".

Then you should get at least an idea of the Kabbalistic significance....
