Police 'help' with mug-shot!

I'm sure they could have waited till he sobered up in his cell before they needed to take the mug-shots. Wonder what other rough treatmeant he got?

But this is only one side of the coin. For all we know he could have been spitting/fighting.


Still I think the cops now-a-days take too much liberty! And it seems to be getting worse.

To me, he looks either unconscious or dead, but at any rate, what's the big deal?

You really can't tell anything from that picture, except that he appears to be propped up or restrained. I can't tell the difference.
