Yes you Atheists will scream & hollar until your blue in the face but that's the truth & until you accept the truth you will only drive yourself further in fuedalism, serfdom, & debt slavery; all because your refuse to accept responsiblility for your actions and always on the lookout for the quick easy fix.

Feudalism, serfdom, and debt slavery? What are you going on about? And we don't accept responsibility for our own actions? We accept full responsibility for our own actions as we're the only ones who can. We don't have anyone to push the blame onto, we don't have anyone we can say "told us to do it", in a dream, a vision, or a flash of opportunity. It's just us and only us.

Always on the lookout for the quick easy fix? The brush you paint with is so broad you seem to have hit yourself with it as well. "Let's just absolve ourselves of all social responsibility by telling the poor and destitute of the world to abstain from one of the few pleasures they have left available to them and trust them to do it. We've done our part, wagging our self-righteous fingers, now if they mess it up the blame is squarely off of us." How about advocating the use of readily available, 10 cent pieces of rubber, which solves both problems at once?

Maybe you really shoudn't be having sex if you can't face the consequences of raising a child. There is more to life than getting your weiner wet.

So there's just two options, then, abstain or pop out kids? How about the advocation of safe sex? It works, you know. And if you want to get technical, no, there isn't more to life than "getting your wiener wet" as you so eloquently put it. Biologically, we exist only to further our own species. Males exist for two reasons: mating and fighting. Create children and then fight to defend them. Everything else is a secondary concern. And if we can, we avoid fighting because it could prevent us from siring more children. So look what we have left.

This is why abstinence rarely works, because it goes against our base nature. You would have us try to ignore our biology rather than use something to circumvent it? It sounds like a quick fix, but it's a quick fix that actually works. Which is better, a quick fix or hot air passed off as one?
