UK Freedom of Information BAN?!

www.bbc.co.uk

As it stands the Bill would make all correspondence between MPs and public authorities exempt information - even if that correspondence doesn't contain any personal information about constituents or come under any of the other headings that are already exempt from FOI.

www.abovetopsecret.com...'

someone already posted.

and that bill was presented by a Tory MP, not the government and if you read the bill, it aims to protect YOU not the MP. It stops what you say to your MP becoming public.

it has nothing to do with the NWO or the government.

This is all very simple you know....

They realise that they are having a harder time these days telling lies, covering up, and generally, not doing what they're employed to do, truthfully.

No surprise really that they need to get the back-doors and under-table etiquette back where they need it. In the dark and in complete control. No accountability.

Public authorities (companies) are not the same as members of the public (individuals).

We must let them know we are watching like hawks.

What are you talking about infinite? It's against the people:

that would exempt MPs from freedom of information.

That means that MPs won't be required to give information.

Falconer agree with me:

Lord Falconer is opposed and has warned his colleagues that it would add to the perception 'of being an increasingly secretive goverment'

See, they always use the term ``special times``, just like the War On Terror and the ``secrecy needed`` the same secrecy about Guantanamo torture, Abu Grahib, secret prisons in Europe... THIS IS AGAINST THE PEOPLE, PERIOD.

welcomed by Jack Straw and some others 'because of the special circumstances of Parliament'.
