What Do You Consider Yourself

Over the last few days I've been thinking about this, not that it took me that long to
answer myself, but still it's something I've been thinking about.


Now, the question is, what do you consider yourself, I don't mean like Democrat,
Republican etc, but geopolitically, like American and Floridian etc.


This may seem sort of silly, but I think it is a very good question that reveals part
of the psychology of America.


Personally I consider myself to be Terran, than North American, than Washingtonian
than American.

I consider myself Californian first, Oaklander second, American distant third. I learned to distance myself when I lived overseas. I got tired of trying to answer the inevitable, "Why is your government so out of control?"

It's not MY government. I didn't vote for any of those jerks in Washington DC. I don't like 'em, I don't approve of 'em, and I prefer to think locally than nationally. If I think too long about national policy I get a headache.

I'm an american from southern california.

I'm an American from Washington State (the real Washington). When asked my race I simply reply human.

Southerner. Earthling. American last. Those people are nuts.
