if the rotors of the helicopter are turning, there will be sound. you cant stop it generating a sound, especially since the advancing blade tips,
during forward flight will be experiencing localised shock waves from breaking the sound barrier, and the retreating blades will be stallingat certain
places. this noise will be intensified due to a phenomenon of helicopter theory of flight, call the "Hookes joint effect". thats not to mention,
the sound of a jet engine is impossible to mask! or airliners would all be silent!
