Prince of Persia: The Two Thrones

I'm confused about something, and maybe someone who's played it can help me out. Prince of Persia: The Two Thrones is rated M for violence, extreme blood and gore, and then nudity.

However, Prince of Persia: Rival Swords is rated T, and yet everywhere I look I have people telling me that they're the same game, aside from the controls/platforms.

What gives?

And if there is nudity in The Two Thrones, what is it? My parents won't let me get it if its like a topless woman or something, but if its just some persons butt showing, they don't care.

Can anyone help me out?

Ive played this game and finished it and there no more violence in it then the other game there even no nudeity in it either strage really.
