Tornado shot down F-16?

I read a book in which said Panavia Tornado shot F-16 in NATO exercise. Who can give me more detailed inofrmation about that? When, Where, and How?

For this to be unusual depends on which Tornado model you are talking about and the circumstances emile.

If it was an F.3 and a BVR engagement then it must happen all the time, or else there is something seriously wrong somewhere.

If it was a GR 4 and WVR however that would be worth reporting on.
