I read recently that there is potentially a faked ET attack getting prepared by the military-industrial complex.

According to a few articles on the web, they have all kind of technology to stage an attack, so we will accept to pay for putting weapons in space. Dr. Carol Rosin reported that straight from Werner Von Braun...

When you look at all the garbage movies and abduction junk out there... I wouldn't be surprised this to be all true.

Comments?

where'd you read that? I'd love to see the article or the site.

Sounds somewhat ridiculous to me. As we see in places like the Middle East, our current means of air travel crash from time to time. Let's assume that we have built a fleet of "alien craft" for the purpose of this hoaxed threat. If we see ships that don't attack, the public might think "friendlies" and not be afraid. So, instead, they attack. Someone's gonna fight back. If one craft is brought down or if one crashes on its own, when the very human pilot and crew are found, what then?

Welcome to ATS.

You've chosen an interesting topic to post. However, you'll find that the members of ATS tend to expect some kind of specific linkage or sources. Not only to provide a framework for the discussion, but to establish some of your own "cred" so to speak.

According to some, this solar system already has a significant number of earthly craft flying around. All part of a massive *cough* successful *cough* coverup.

I think TPTB will put weapons in space whether we want to pay for it or not. Won't be any need to pull one over on us.

I dont think thats a likely scenario, but if they ever do attack you can bet dollars to doughnuts their will be Some people screaming cover up. Just go take a look at the 9/11 board.

This topic has been heavily covered in ATS already. It's actually quite interesting and theres a fair bit of material on it.

I think it may have been called Project BlueBeam but im not sure...

Project Blue Beam it is, although Dr. Rosin did not refer to any specific plan but rather Dr. VonBraun's general timeline of what was to come. You'll also find another thread on ATS about DarkKn1ght's 'prediction'. Do a search on both.

I think the specific material you want to access ties in to "the Disclosure Project", and Dr. Steven Greer. He is fairly controversial around these parts for a number of reason, and you can follow those threads at your leisure, but your first visit should be to www.disclosureproject.org... Happy hunting!

If technologically superior aliens attack us, they gonna pwndizzle us in days with such overwhelming force you wish you had your computer set up in a bomb shelter already.

If the goverment stage an "attack", this can obviously not be the case. Or what, the grand alien armada will attack a radio station brutally killing 3 people (and wounding 2 more), then get blown up because someone sneezed at one of their ships?

I can not see any scenario whatsoever that would constitute an "alien attack" other than our complete and utter destruction.

Here's your link:

From Dr Carol Rosin herself.

I think you may be right about putting weapons in space regardless.

The government does not care if we scream about it on an ATS board. The government pulled it off and we are here to reap the consequences.

If they go forward with a false flag attack then, yes, more people will scream about it on ATS, but the government will continue their reign of terror and fear.

Eventually there are gonna get weapons in space. Even if we are the only intelligent species in our reality. And those guys who want them up there just want some new toys to play with. It seems pretty clear to me that they are in a new Cold War and we gonna have some cool spacebased stuff by 2050 (maybe alot earlier) .

Why would anyone think aliens would want to attack Earth in the first place?

And any such technologically advanced race would in any case surely be capable of wiping us out without us ever knowing .....

Independence Day was pure fiction
Especially the bit where we won

And bearing in mind that aliens would be, well, alien - nothing like anything we can imagine. And if you want an excuse to put weapons in space we already have one (Spaceguard), it all seems like a hugee amount of waste of money, guaranteed to go wrong.

Still, given the undeniable incompetence of the supposed 'TPTB' (whoever they are), nothing would really surprise me ......

Rice wants the missle defense system over Russia's veto:

www.reuters.com... dType=RSS&rpc=92

MOSCOW (Reuters) - The United States will not permit Russia to veto its plans to build a missile defense shield in Europe, U.S. Secretary of State Condoleezza Rice said in the Russian capital on Tuesday.

"The United States needs to be able to move forward to use technology to defend itself and we're going to do that," Rice told reporters after meeting Russian President Vladimir Putin.

"I don't think that anyone expects the United States to permit somehow a veto on American security interests."

Pretty scary folks. I hope Russia will not back down against the US.

I couldn't agree more my friend.
So much Hollywood propaganda, it's not funny.
I sure hope Bluebeam doesn't come to life. It would be messy.

You see, the Military-Industrial Complex think they can hold against ETs. How arrogant...

Anyway, better be in the know, then left in the shadow. We know it's a potential, so at least some of us will be ready if it happens.

Since this is a thread built on supposition, I will think out loud her.

We've had a lot of the 'bad alien' movies over the years since the original "E.T." and even "Starman" type. Are we brainrinsed enough to think hostile forces could be on our solar doorstep? I think that many could be.

And what if said 'Reptilians' attacked South America? Would we "unite in brotherhood to meet this menace from out there"? Well, we fell for almost that line with 9/11.

Now there are stretches of South America that are pretty remote where a "war" could be staged, for two or three weeks. The local natives just literate enough to be good witnesses to air battles between our modern planes and some unknown prototypes that we have built up in secret and tested at places like Groom Lake. (And they've made trial runs around the country just to be sure that these craft would really fool people. And too, these test runs fuel the UFO believers, who will be the first line media outlet right here on ATS when it comes down.)

And as the "War of the Worlds" gets underway, we realize that the national election is only 9 days away! In deep sorrow that "for the first time in America's long and proud history it is needful to POSTPONE the elections during this unprecedented time of martial law" we are urged to remain calm and support our gallant fliers who will drive these invaders from Earth.

Then the talking heads and the experts entertain us with how many months and years it may take to get a space navy up and ready to defend Earth.

Welcome to my nightmare of the 21st Century.
