I was looking in an art forum and I seen this.

ATS Admins have been saying people have been ripping things and posting as their own so I figure I would share this with you guys...

It may help you know whether something you decide to post is copyrighted or not or whatever...

Then again some people just don't care.. but here it is anyway..

The politically correct answer is I currently have no comment on this issue at the moment. You can get back to me later on this issue for I have 20 years experience and study on it.
