Pardon my assumption but: Are you implying that because we have a rudimentary grasp on a cloaking-esque technology that an advanced alien race must also have this technology?

If so then it would seem unwise to assume that technological advancement would traverse along the same timeline on two seperate worlds.

a UFO that cloaks, does so by being in a quantum state, either in the IR or the UV.
quite simple.
the entire vehicle is at the energized quantum state.

what makes us so sure that some arnt invisable, think about it, oyu carnt say "none are invisable because i aint seen them" lol maybe all these UFO's are from diferent places to each other, some more ahead then others
