How about Obama filing a lawsuit against the State of Arizona? People in the Fed wanting federal controls on our guns? Federal speed limits (yes, we had that for a LONG time)? federal regulations on schools? The list goes on and on. Big government, in the form of the Fed, is a BAD thing. No matter who sits in the Oval Office. Anywhere you look, you can find cases of the feds usurping the states.
