Perchlorate (rocket fuel found in food and water supply) also people

Would you rather have blue cheese? or Perchlorate(Rocket Fuel) with your lettuce, I think all of the people trying to figure out why there has been a ramping of autism and other mental problems, it is known that perchlorate cause mental damage, but they say the jury is out on the full extent.

That's pretty disturbing. I'm surprised nobody has responded to this yet. What I don't understand is how it's getting into the water supply? Is it the manufacturing companies dumping into the water? Fireworks? I know here in Wisconsin we do a ton of fireworks by the water. However the map showed that Wisconsin isn't one of the states that is affected.
