8 Year Old Found Dealing Crack

Four years after an eight-year-old boy was taken into custody for dealing crack, he is again in child welfare's care after he and his siblings were found living in a drug lab allegedly run by their parents.

The worst discovery made by police, however, was three children, aged 12, 10 and eight, who had already been dragged through the dark drug underworld once before.
