Possible ET contact through Dreams?

there´s a tribe who regards this life as a dream and the dreams are the "real reality".

In my understanding from my own experience, and from my alien contacts and spirit guides, "dream" is a state of consciousness, not a state of sleep. We are "dreaming" all of the time. We can be standing at the sink washing dishes physically while we are doing literally anything else by spirit, either somewhere else far away or right under our own noses. If we are physically oblivious to spirit itself, we are also naturally oblivious to our own spiritual activities.

When our bodies are asleep it is much easier for us to achieve awareness between our states of consciousness- it's easier for us to recall, or retrieve, memories of what we are doing. Since memories of spiritual activities may seem like "dreams" we often naturally assume we imagined events and disregard the importance we feel of them.

In practice through any form of meditation, the goal is to achieve "real time" awareness, when we can consciously become aware of two states and what we are doing in them at the same time, immediately. This is how one person of a group of people can be aware of spiritual presence and communication while others are not.

By spirit, we can all become spiritually aware of "any and all" presence of life force, alive or deceased, human or people of another race, animals included, spirit guides and angels, even from a distance projected by telepathy.

When it's our contact with alien people that we become aware of, this constitutes what we call the alien experience, it's foreign to us and stands out - and this is often a human's first experience of his own spiritual abilities and awareness.

Humans who can become aware of the life force of spirit, can become aware of "any and all" life force of spirit. But when we have business with advanced races of people, they can help us become more spiritually aware for the purpose of the contact itself, than we can become on our own.

Sometimes when I meditate, I can feel myself in two places at once. It feels as if my spirit is floating up into the sky above me, and I can feel myself sitting on my bed and floating into the sky at the same time. It is a very intense feeling, but also very soothing and calming as well....

Zionide, you posted in my other thread that you want to know how to continue your ET experiences, and meditating is a good way to help you, I think. Dont be intimidated, with the right state of mind, you can experience very intense spiritual effects. I always think, after having such incredible sessions, "this should be harder!" afterall, Im not even 20 yet. But with the proper state of mind anything is possible...

My vote is that you have been connecting on a subconscious level. The theta state.
It can be confusing but you will be ok.
Noone was harmed, just remember they can actually treat you the way you 'feel' about them.
Best to just relax and be in your heart. You never have to go anywhere you dont want to go.

you see rushing white or black shadows, too? or do you see anything else, have you seen ufos yet? do you sometimes feel someones around you, and do you sometimes feel like "getting touched from the inside"? do you hear anything when you concentrate in a silent room? etc. etc. are there any other strange appearances? do you have any problems related to sleeping?
what are your beliefs, set of beliefs? are you religious or something?
