Question: Turning an image series, into a movie.

I have a series of 200 images. All sequentially numbered.
I would like to turn them into a short movie file..MPG, AVI, doesn't really matter.
Anyone have a program recommendation? Open source (free) would be preferred.
I just need to sequence them, and be able to manipulate the timing between images.

Yup.

My favorite video edit program. It's not pro, but it's free. And it does everything I need anyway. Remember to chose a compression codec like divX when you're ready to produce your video.
