I just watched this video on C2C. The guest Lionel Fanthorpe was on C2C last night (4-19-07) discussing they mysteries of time and time slips. I have not listened to the show on stream link yet.

The video appears to be classic CGI and does not appear real but it is pretty cool. Needless to say I would like to hear other opinions and for anyone technically minded see if you can reproduce the effects or prove it a hoax.

Call me a fool...No need to respond I just read the text that went along with the video and it claims its an "effects video" so I take that to mean its CGI.

Anyway its still pretty cool. Enjoy!
