Strange sphere sighting (19/4/07)

Well i never thought i'd get to start a thread about something like this, but here i go.

About 15 minutes ago i was walking out to the backyard to take out a bag of rubbish, and as per usual i was scanning the skies for anything interesting.

I spotted a black object, directly above me, just under the cloud layer. It was about the size of a dollar coin at arms length and was close to stationary. I say close to because it seemed to sway a bit, like left to right, in a rhythm.

I watched it for about 15 seconds before i ran to get the camera, and when i got back outside and pointed it to the sky the object had gone.

I am uploading the 1minute video i took when i got back outside regardless, as maybe something can still be found in it, but i doubt it.

The object had a very spherical look to it, as if it was just a solid metal sphere.

I don't know what else there is to add, i'm still a bit excited that i saw something strange. When the video is done uploading i will post the link.

Mid North Coast NSW, fairly rural.

I think there are a few sightings around that area and Sydney's general area. Pitty you couldnt get it on camera.

I also couldn't spot anything but good try. Keep looking, nice chem clouds oops! I didn't say that.

I find that sound more interesting than the visual. I noticed that when you went to the other area of the house the sound ceased. So it may have been caused by something in the first area. Try recording with the same camera in the first area again to see if the sound is caught again or if it was just that one time that it recorded. If the sound turns up again then it is probably being caused by something that is part of the environment. If it is not still there then it was caused by something that has moved on or changed.
