I haven't had a cold or the flu in two years. This is huge for myself because I'm a smoker and when I did get sick my cough would linger, sometimes
for weeks. I use Zycam.
I started using it probably four years ago when I had gotten a really sore throat and after 3 or 4 doses I was doing far better than I ever had by
using any type of antibiotic or cold remedy.
I can't convince my husband or my kids to use it though. I can't even convince my sisters, who are both nurse practitioner's. Everyone around me
gets sick and are miserable and when they do I am sort of proud to say 'don't breathe your germs on me because I haven't been sick in 2 years and I
don't want to be'.
If this post helps even one person that would be great. I guess if you are allergic to zinc or something you may not want to use it and I would like
to point out that there was a class action suit against zycam, where a 12 million dollar out of court settlement occured by people who claim they lost
their sense of smell. My sense of smell is great even though I'm a smoker.
I keep the stuff on hand at all times, so at the first sign of sneezing or that nasty tired like flu feeling sneaks up on me - I just follow the
directions on the box (use it every 4 hours) and after 3 or 4 doses, I'm like new.
