So even if we overlook that an MBA president & an administration chock full of former CEO's & corporate executives did not put out an RFP ( request for proposal ) on this during a 4 month period, thus voiding any possibility of getting a much reduced competitive price & giving a no-bid contract to KBR, how can it be overlooked that the current cost is 400% over the initial projection 9 months later!?!?!
