Help Mini custom pic problems

Hi,

The last day or so my mini picture has been popping up three times or more vertically on my posts.. Ive tried to correct this thinking it was the picture, so I tried other pictures, which cost me points to upload and set as my custom pic..

Please help.. I dont know why this is happening.. I had a very awesome background pic and now I dont know what to do.. I had the original pic resized and it worked the first time I posted.. after that it would post 3 or 4 times..

It's cost me about 7500 points to try the other pictures and is very frustrating.. please.. anyone.. Help.. thanks

one check that you havent deleated the image at all

second its only 2500 to do it

also did you enter in the correct file name when you bought the background?

ats28352_flag%20barcode.jpg so its just the name of the file not the entire URL?

Nah I didnt delete the image..

Its trying to put my old one up there too.. I can see the broken link to it...

I did just put the file name in.. so I dont know why its messing up... Nice pic btw..

Uhh.. And.. the 2500.. three times today Ive done it to try to correct it... so its adding up

Can you see it in my above post? what I mean by what it is doing? and can you see the old background pic I had? the broken link to it?

try this deleate both your images that you used
and then try and purchase again

Use your ATS points
you got 9k

it gives you an option combines,BTS and so forth
select ATS points

you have enough

It actually doesnt allow me to pick which points I want to use.. When I click the button.. it says "You dont not have enough points" so I dont know what's going on..

I appreciate the help though..

You do not have enough ATS points for the Custom Title. Sorry.

That's exactly what it says to me when I try to purchase the image..

And why the heck do I have so many negative bts points.. they were sky high the other day..

its a glitch
each time you use combined its like a overdraft in a bank it goes minus in areas where you dont have enough untill all your points are minus then it doesnt allow you to go further

I know what youre getting at.. but when I click the image button.. to buy the purchase thing.. What I posted before is the response I get.. I dont get to choose which points I want to use.. seems like combined points and ats points are two different things..

I dont know why it wont let me pick..
