Alanis knows how to break stones, remember "you oughta know"? A lot more serious and cutting but funny too (esp. if you weren't in that sort of situation at the time).

I only saw this yesterday! I thought, "Alanis, this is awful..." Then it dawned on me it was a spoof of that bloody humpy lumpy song, I had to go watch the original and then watch Alanis again, and I thought, "Alanis, this is awsome!"

Its got to be a spoof. Shes totaly making fun of it, to the tune of her singing style... I would assume to highlight the crazyness/sexuality of the lyrics.

What amazed me really was the lyrics BH. I had no idea how stupid that song is. I think by singing is slow, Alanis was highlighting that.

Yeah, when Fergie sings it the lyrics aren't all that important. But Alanis slows them down for all to hear.

She made the video to mock Fergie, hence the bad fashion and bad, slutty dancing, and mistreatment of men even though they're nice to her. The message of this video pretty much is that Fergie is a talentless, spoiled brat.

It's hilarious. I love her backup dancers. They're so ... odd.
