BAE systems the car sales men of today...

It seems as if this defense company is trying the old sales man game of adding extra costs and bump up prices after a contract is awarded. I am talking about the future British carrier program (original price 2.8bn now may be bumped up to 4bn) and it is really disgusting that nations have to compromise capabilities because contractors feel the need to suck as much out of countries as possible I wonder if any one else knows of other defense companies out there that are guilty of these action......
