This is one of the 30 something speeches Phil Schneider did before his death in 1996.

I thought it was interesting and quite informative.... most of you prob have already researched him..and so have I in the past. I just thought he was so compelling, that I would share his quest again.

what is the verdict on this man? I hear some people say that he is just taking what others say, then other people say he is the real deal.

I know in the case of Bob Lazar, Stanton Friedman pretty well revealed that he lied about a lot of things, and I am wondering if there is proof for Phil's credentials.

It is interesting though, listening to what he has to say...

Well John Lear says Schneider made up his story based on the Dulce Papers. It's stated here Now whether you want to take John's word for it or not is up to you. I'm merely posting info.
