Paying up to €2,400 (£1,630) each for a berth on an ocean liner, the Bolivian group embarked in Brazil alongside well-heeled Argentine and Dutch passengers. But when the vessel reached its European stopovers of Tenerife, Cádiz and Valencia this week, police officers refused to let them onto Spanish Soil.
