I can't find the thread at the moment but I know these golds have been discussed here before. Some ATS members had positive personal testimonies.

Anna Hayes, a very gifted alien person said that this stuff is like any drugs basically and it works great at first but the more you take it can actually damage you.

She also says that the Annunaki (however you spell it) tried to use it on their home planet the fix the atmosphere and it eventually became a big problem and some other kind of entities helped them to fix the planet so they did not need to use it.
