Anomaly photo from Ross Castle, Ireland.

I found the following photo while looking through a few paranormal sites. It's interesting to me as it was taken not far from where I live. Apologies if posted before. What do you think?

The guy in the grey jumper seems to be looking in the directionof the anomaly, he looks uncomfortable.
