i think aliens are watching us so if we start killing ourselfs they can step in and stop because ovously if they were trying to kill us they would have done it about 300+ years ago

One of these government Military guys said that there were in fact 58 different types of aliens, some are in fact part human.
If this is true could it be that we are like going to become extenict?
Like that of Neanderthals? Or like other primative cavemen types which no longer exsist?
Could there be plans to exterminate us so that other more advanced alien crossed humans can populate the planet?

Here the link to the other Steven Greer video

No worries my friend. We will be just fine.

If a threat comes, it's going from the nukes launched by the US/British/nameyourcountry Military-Industrial complex.

And you know very well, the human race started from scratch a few times already, so we'll be just fine

Well, actually, if we are able to meet with the aliens and they're not hostile, then maybe we can travel to they're world or something as a second home. Probably we can use it just in case Earth freezes into an Ice Age or collapses due to global warming or a super-nuke explosion. They may be our answer to survival.
That's my theory anyway.

Last thing I want to do is visit an alien's planet and find out we are the raisins in their box of "Raisin Bran." I'm not altogether sure that aliens are going to be sweet and loving and want to hold our hands like in "Close Encounters of the Third Kind." They just might whip out a butterfly knife and make quick work of us and that just does not appeal to me at all.

In the short run, but in the long run who knows what amazing life changing events will happen to screw all our lives up again, it's just too much.

It's good to optimistic, maybe this has happened in the past also, like with the Aztecs?

Aliens, which I have viewed in pictures have very small mouths, and seem to be pretty skinny too, so maybe they don't like to gorge themselves on human meat. But maybe there is a certain part which is like a delicacy? Maybe they drink blood like the satanist do? who knows, maybe they sell humans to the reptilians aliens who seem to have bigger mouths and appetites?
I don't know, I do know alagators love water buffalo, who knows, maybe they want us as slaves, or what ever, does anyone else have any way out ideas as to why they are so interested in us? I heard a long time ago they were interested in our DNA for some reason, maybe theirs is becoming worn out or something?

Here's a highly speculative personal theory. At one point in time, aliens and humans lived together on Earth and collaborated to form a number of highly advanced societies, among those Atlantis, Lemuria, Mu, some of the ancient cultures of India, etc. I could really elaborate here but I assume you're familiar with the ancient astronaut theories.

The technologically advanced but philosophically immature humans recklessly abused alien technology, a colossal power struggle ensued between the human nations, most of which were almost completely destroyed as was the entire human race. The smartest of the survivors made a pact with the aliens to keep alien technology secret, aliens themselves, and to control man's technological evolution. In other words, to hold man back for his own good. The survivors were the progenitors of many of today's secret societies.

In support of my own theory (shameless self-promoter, I know!
), consider how often these themes occur in human mythology/fiction:

Gods or godlike beings responsible for the foundation of civilization.
A golden age in the distant past.
A cataclysmic event that almost wipes out mankind, usually due to man's "sins".
A select group of people who have communication with Gods and use this communication to direct the development of society.

It's kind of like whoever wrote these stories was trying to tell you something without telling you something.

Whether these astronauts mixed with the earthlings or not, I don't know. But I'm pretty sure we are not from this world. Bigfoot/Sasquatch/Ksy-Gyik/Yeti/Tungu/etc. are probably pure species of the earth. And the neandertals were as well. We are the aliens, and we don't even know it. This is just a theory, btw. Don't take any of what I said in this post as scientific facts...

After reading countless books, articles, watching documentaries and personal research over the years, these are the conclusions that i believe to be true of man kinds past. One has to wonder why we do not fit into natural habitats and ecosystems like the other species on the planets do and why every single animal, insect and species has a natural predator except for us???

An interesting thought but if true, you would have to wonder why these aliens left. Why not just take our toys away and ground us for a century or two? At least then we would be thinking about the consequences of our actions as we sit in time-out rather than allowing so much time to pass between our crimes and punishment that the smack on the nose with the newspaper becomes meaningless. We lose wisdom with lost history. Are you familiar with Dogu?

We feel better if we believe someone is watching over us when we're scared and in a bad situation. Religion is a coping mechanism. In my field, it is not uncommon for researchers to invent/acquire rituals, lucky charms & idols to try and get good results from tricky reactions. "If you don't leave a sacrifice of dry ice to the God of Ligation, it will fail!"

Kids blame themselves for their parents' divorces all the time but that doesn't make them responsible for the split. It is a natural way of reacting to helpless situations. How many times in a moment of powerlessness have you asked yourself, "Why me? What did I do to deserve this?"
Natural catastrophes are NATURAL!

Just because people say they're special, doesn't mean they are. Anyone who wants to lead others needs to give them a good reason to follow. Loyalty must be earned and followers need to believe they are getting something in return. Hitler was charismatic too but I cannot imagine someone so evil having access to deities expected to adhere to a higher ethical standard.

I have been spending a great deal of time on this question lately and the motivation for civilization is not so straightforward.

However I have no doubt H. sapiens & neandertalis were always terrestrial. Others listed are probably bear sightings. All "evidence" I've seen was definitely fake.

Our environment has shaped us into intelligent beings capable of adapting ourselves to change. You vs Alligator. Need I say more? Adaptation: BRAIN. Fair fight?

My family is full of freemasons & the strangest gift I ever received from them was a book about evolution. I was crazy about it but always wondered why such "good Christians" would give me such a thing!

Quite honestly - I think the term "us" is a misnomer.

I've never felt at home in this society, never understood the priorities of the dominant culture, and never understood why "humans" always think we're the same simply because (most of "us") have the same basic genetic makeup.

Social Darwinism is a funny thing - people are so competitive these days, that I'm well aware I'm not equipped to keep up with the demands and expectations of the dominant culture and it's mandates.

Am I claiming to be an "alien"? No. I have no proof that I am.

I just know I don't understand this culture, I find it interesting, but completely incomprehensible. There is good about it, and there is bad.

But to call "us" a collective race? I can't believe it.

Sorry.

*Sigh!* I know what you mean when you say you feel alien without actually claiming to be one. It's only going to get worse as people become increasingly solitary and less social. I feel like diversity has decreased among those comfortable with pop-culture to such a degree that should something truly Earth-shattering come along, all these American Idol-loving cultural clones won't have a clue what to do with themselves! It will be just like grade school when the popular kids who didn't do their homework expect to cheat off your paper because you did yours! I think you make a good point about competitiveness.
Most people are so darn busy they don't have time to be creative, take proper care of themselves or live up to their potential. As a result I think this generation will waste many talented people because they just don't have time to try and figure them out! Mensa provides more shelter than the general public but you still have to go back to your life afterwards...
Not all humans are created equal in any single category but every person has something to contribute to society and this is why diversity is good for the species overall. I think "race" was mistakenly substituted for "species" to which all of us belong (whether we want to admit it or not). You can't choose your family but you can choose who will offer you the best performance in any given endeavor and clearly, boundaries apply here!

Ok, I'm gonna throw in my thoughts here.

I'm a trekkie. (It's died down a bit though
) I always thought if there was aliens out there, they'd have some kind of Prime Directive going on. Maybe they are not allowed to interfere with us? Perhaps there is a large coalition (much like the United Federation of Planets) of aliens who go do their thing?

And I'm sure, that if aliens do exist (which I do believe) then there probably are the good and the bad. Perhaps they are struggling to protect us from those aliens that want to do harm? (I'm only guessing.)

But that's my thoughts on the subject. I'm sure there are good and bad out there. Let's just hope the good ones have the most powerful ships

I'm in high school, so I recently watched a video about the Aztecs. They say they might have died due to disease and civil war, but I say some might have been saved by aliens and such, considering they depended on the stars. And all those weird runes they had...I find it quite fascinating. But anything having to do with history is all interesting to me, so it really isn't that big news to me, although it's piqued my interest because most of the carvings are still a mystery to science.
I wonder if the Aztecs were really kidnapped by the aliens...if so, then I hope they are still alive! ...plus, they're lucky. I'd like some sort of being to take me to other worlds!

You have to look back on the evolution of the sub-culture of alien believers and 'contactees'.

This started in the 50s and they gathered at a place called 'Big Rock'.

www.amazon.com...

From there we got the Betty & Barney incident and it moved on from there burgeoning again with Whitley's 'Communion'.

Thus, we derived the 'I want to believe' concept. We -want- to believe in a higher power, or Alien savious.

To look at the Nazca lines the Olmecs and the pyramids around the world, it certainly is compelling that we have been 'seeded' or visited in the past.

But there's a big jump between what's plausible and what actually happened.

I think the best way to look at it is to keep an open mind and look at what intrigues you (Sitchen's stuff is also interesting). One good way to channel this is to let it drive you to reading and learning about past cultures, such as the Sumerians and the early Egyptians, the Celts and the early Amerindian cultures, especially the Olmecs:

en.wikipedia.org...

That way you can use this stuff to impel you to grow and learn about the world around you and not get caught up in one aspect or to sit there hoping the 'Space Brothers' will save you or save the world.

I find that more positive way to deal with all this, rather than going all 'science fiction' and to start believing in Omicron and Nudnicron, extraterrestrials from Venus.

(Pittsburghians will remember:
cordic-and-co.com...

www.regecordic.com...
...)
2 cents...
