how do you add that picture and what is it called i cant figure out how to get one and everyone has one...

It's called an avatar , you set in your member center account settings.

Even though Dj has posted the guidelines, I think it may be a good idea
to post the basics to, since I got confused when I read the guidelines
the first time.


An avatar can not be more than 160wX320h pixles.

To set your avatar, in the members center you go to the Account Settings
area and put the URL of your uploaded avatar in the Avatar URL box.



If you need any help with getting your avatar up and running, uploading
one, or with size editing or things like that, I am willing to help, so feel
